Nicki was thrilled to join Prof, a consultancy that aligns perfectly with her passion for the food industry. The opportunity to work in a proven consultancy, especially with a focus on food, felt like an ideal fit for her skills and interests. 

During her time at both leading retailers Woolworths and Pick n Pay, Nicki demonstrated her remarkable ability to craft and execute a product strategy and vision. By effectively communicating with and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, she spearheaded the end-to-end private label strategy across fresh, edibles and non-edibles for Pick n Pay, achieving significant growth through driving product excellence and customer experience. Her career at Woolworths during the period of strong Private label growth and focus within the business providing a clear understanding on the strategic advantage that retailers can achieve through a well-regarded and trusted Private label portfolio. This shift fostered a culture of innovation, resulting in rapid growth and excellence in New Product Development within the Own Brand space. Over three years, her initiatives achieved over 130% growth week-on-week, a testament to her dedication and strategic foresight.
