With over three decades of experience, Neil is recognised as a transformative leader in the ever-evolving world of food and drink manufacturing.  With senior technical and supply chain responsibilities across high growth markets including the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa, he gained invaluable experience inspiring multi-cultural teams whilst maintaining demanding product standards for quality and safety expected by one of the worlds most trusted brands.

Neil has led a highly distinguished career with the Coca-Cola Company, reaching the role of Global Director, Quality & Food Safety, with governance responsibilities for a diverse beverage portfolio manufactured through directly owned facilities or a trusted network of contract or licensed manufacturers. Operating internationally has enabled Neil to build and maintain strong networks, relationships and the ability to make connections at pace that can facilitate successful outcomes. Industry leading experience in Crisis Management, M&A, Risk Assessment and alongside Supplier Management are all core elements from his toolbox.

With a focus on driving change and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement Neil was a long-time serving board member of the Global Foods Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Neil’s passion for food safety and the ability to embrace new technology to drive change has been reflected in his achievements and his ability to strategically advise consulting clients on best-in-class industry solutions. Enhanced productivity, quality digitalisation and ethical sourcing are all key focus areas. Aligning traditional business consulting to reflect the changing customer driven ESG agenda such as sustainable packaging is a core area of interest. Driven by a passion to contribute to a safe and profitable food eco system for the future Neil relishes sharing his experiences with the next generation of leaders, helping clients build internal capabilities for the future strategy.

Excited about new challenges, Neil has joined Prof Consulting to drive gains in local and international markets. His extensive experience positions him well to navigate complex market dynamics and implement effective go-to-market strategies. He views Prof Consulting as an agile and expert firm, well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of the retail or manufacturing sector.

Neil believes that food safety and product consistency must be at the core of a business’s purpose and integrated into decision-making for long-term success. This belief is both a professional and personal commitment to making a positive impact.
