Meet Guy

Guy brings 25 years of exceptional leadership experience to the Prof. team with an impressive background leading sales, marketing and NPD for food brands across the UK and Australia. Before making the move to Melbourne in 2012, Guy worked with the Bighams team to grow what is now one of the UK’s most prominent ready-meal brands from their infancy. He knows what great looks like, and how to combine marketing, business strategy and consumer insights to bring a compelling proposition to market.

Guy has a strong network of FMCG suppliers and retailers in the UK and Australia. Combining commercial strategy with a strong awareness of the financial and operational implications, means the bottom line of the P&L is how he measures success.

 Working with clients who are ambitious, have big visions, big goals and are ready to build sustainable business growth is what makes Guy tick. You’ll want him on your team when it comes to product and consumer brand strategy. He calls on his extensive experience and deep understanding of product development, retailer strategy and consumer to help clients successfully introduce innovative products to market.
